Thermal Label Troubleshooting

Label prints tiny

Use Smart Crop, then print at Actual Size or 100%. Turn off Fit to Page.

Label is sideways

Use Auto-Rotate or Rotate 90° mode.

Too much white space

Use Smart Crop first. If there is still too much margin, try Fill mode.

Barcode is cut off

Use Fit mode. Fill mode can crop edges if the original label shape does not match 4x6.

Multiple labels on one sheet

Use Split 2 Labels or Split 4 Labels mode.
